Location & Access
You will find us on the ground floor of the old town hall (Marktplatz 1) in Ilsenburg.
The tourist information can be reached via the main entrance on the market square via a few steps. There is barrier-free access via Rudolf - Breitscheid - Straße at the back of the town hall.
There are no steps or steps to expect at the tourist information office.
Parking spaces
Parking spaces (1 hour with parking disc) are located in the immediate vicinity of the town hall. There are parking spaces in front of the Prinzess – Ilse – primary school (Harzburger Straße 3) where you can park for an unlimited period of time.
Hiking parking spaces are located in Ilsetal and at the Harzlandhalle (Harzburger Straße 24, when there are no events in the hall).
Public toilets
The public toilets are not located directly in our rooms. They are about 200m away, to the left of the Harzer Volksbank branch. You cross the market square and follow Harzburger Straße to the Volksbank, then the toilets are right next to it.
There is a disabled toilet in our premises, which can be opened for disabled guests upon request. More information about toilet equipment can be found in the report from the “Travel for All” initiative.

With us you can pay in cash, with EC card and with credit card. We also accept Apple and Google Pay.
